Boru Wang received his bachelor of science in chemistry from Emory University in 2014. He is currently a fourth year medical student at the University of Pennsylvania with plans to pursue a general surgery residency.

Mr. Wang has an extensive background in writing and editing. During his time as an undergraduate, he served as the editor-in-chief of the Emory Undergraduate Research Journal. At UPenn he is actively involved with the medical school admissions process - reviewing applications and interviewing prospective candidates.

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and eating Asian food.
